AETERNAH TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Aeternah through www.aeternah.com.

By placing an order with Aeternah, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order.

2. ABOUT AETERNAH

Aeternah is a limited edition jewellery brand operating within the United Kingdom.

3. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, imagery and pricing are accurate.

Due to differences in device displays, colours may appear slightly different from those shown on screen.

As natural gemstones are used throughout the Lucia Collection, variations in colour, texture and appearance may occur. These natural characteristics are not defects and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

4. LIMITED EDITIONS

Aeternah products may be produced in strictly limited quantities.

The Lucia Collection is limited to 500 individually numbered pieces per design worldwide.

Once a design has sold out, it will not be reissued or reproduced.

Aeternah reserves the right to retire designs permanently.

5. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time prior to an order being placed.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

6. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product.

An order is only accepted once we have sent confirmation that the order has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • Fraud is suspected
  • Product availability changes
  • Pricing errors occur
  • We are unable to fulfil the order

7. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and authorised payment providers available at checkout.

Aeternah does not store full payment card information.

8. DELIVERY

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Weather conditions
  • Industrial action
  • Customs procedures
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.

Customers may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights.

10. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us promptly at:

We may request photographs or additional information to help assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

11. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

From time to time Aeternah may offer promotions, discounts or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined
  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Promotions may be withdrawn at any time

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Aeternah website, including:

  • Images
  • Product photography
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Designs
  • Text
  • Graphics

remains the property of Aeternah or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, Aeternah shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of business, loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Industrial disputes
  • Government actions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Network failures

15. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By using our website, you acknowledge that such information may be processed as described in those policies.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
